Summary Islamabad High Court fixes contempt petitions of Imran Khan and Bushra Bibi against Adiala Jail superintendent for hearing.

ISLAMABAD (Web Desk) – The Islamabad High Court has scheduled contempt of court petitions filed by former Prime Minister Imran Khan and Bushra Bibi against the Superintendent of Adiala Jail for hearing tomorrow.

According to the Registrar Office, the petitions have been fixed along with objections raised by the court office. The hearing will be conducted by Chief Justice Sarfraz Dogar and Justice Muhammad Asif.

The contempt petitions were filed over the alleged absence of signatures on the power of attorney documents of Imran Khan and Bushra Bibi.

Separately, the main appeals in the £190 million case have also been scheduled for hearing tomorrow. The court has already granted final opportunity to the lawyers of both accused to present arguments.
